Production

Today for the production cycle we use only the latest robotic plants, which are completely automated and controlled by our technical department through CAD/CAM stations, the R&D dept. developes also the design and does the research on the new projects.

Our production lines, which have been improved and customized over a period of more than 20 years, assure the ultimate and state-of-the-art level of efficiency, and allow us to offer a wide range of standard and customised products (see customised boring, painting non-standard production on request and so on), and a complete technical and commercial service to all users.

Besides the traditional production systems, Quadritalia uses the ultimate automatic production lines available, all welding stations and all the different production stages' machinery and plants are automatically controlled.

The whole painting cycle is carried out on a fully automatic robotic plant, including three spraying cabins, enabling Quadritalia to offer also special paintings to all customers. The foamed gasket in polyurethane apllied to all panels assures the ultimateprotection against water and powders (certified and approved) on all our products.

In the assembling dept. all products finish their process and are controlled by our Quality responsibles.
